Linda Dudley- MAP Science Regional Instructional Facilitator Linda Dudley, while new to the MAP office, isn’t new to science in Missouri. She has taught students in grades 7-12 for twenty-seven years, from her “rookie” years in the north-central part of the state at Sturgeon through her bootheel experience at Caruthersville and into her southwestern experiences at Lebanon. Linda has taught Life Science, Earth Science, Physical Science, General Science, Biology I and II, and Honors Biology. In addition to her classroom experience, she has been a leader in science education on the statewide level through her participation in Science Teachers of Missouri (STOM). Linda served STOM as the Corresponding Secretary for many years before serving as President-elect, President and Past President. She is currently in the last year of her second term as the Area 7 Director for the organization. Her association with STOM led to Linda’s serving on the Steering Committee for Missouri’s Building a Presence network and to being one of the first Key Leaders. Linda has also been actively involved with the state assessment since the Training Material Review for the first MAP Science test. You can contact Linda at 800-899-8146, 417-829-5075 or LindaDudley@missouristate.edu
